We offer local delivery within the GTA and also Canada wide shipping depending on the nature of the product. Please read the sections below for further details. We currently do not offer in store pick up.

Where do you Deliver?
We deliver within Toronto and the local GTA. Our delivery radius is up to 60km outside of the downtown core and for some products we are able to deliver Canada wide. How much is delivery?
Due to the delicate nature and freshness of our products, it is extremely crucial for us to hand deliver our items the same day they are created. For orders over $150.00, local GTA delivery is FREE!

We do offer Canada wide delivery via UPS for some products on our website. Please inquire for more details by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 647-499-7104 prior to ordering.
How does delivery work?
At checkout we offer one standard delivery window (between 9am - 5pm). We are unable to offer delivery windows or specific delivery time requests, but will of course let you know if there are any extended delays. Please be aware that if delivery is a little earlier than you need in the day, most products are the perfect size to pop into the fridge until needed.
We use reliable couriers who will hand deliver the product to you, but we are not in control of external factors such as traffic and weather conditions. We aim to meet delivery times but during exceptionally busy periods deliveries may take a little longer.
What is your policy if there is no one to receive the product?
Multiple attempts will be made to contact the recipient. Orders will be left by the front door if the recipient is not home to accept delivery. Due to perishability of fresh food product cannot returned. Tastefully Twined is not responsible for the product once left at the property of the recipient.
What if my purchase is a gift?
The above still applies.
